We utilize a diversified technique approach. Gentle, yet effective our goal is to suit each individual patient’s preferences for the optimal outcome of treatment. Additional therapies in-office with a combination of therapeutic exercises prescribed assist in maintaining and improving the patient’s outcome.

CDL Physical

Commercial driver’s license physicals performed by a Certified Medical Examiner of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME). We follow the Federal guidelines set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to determine whether a driver is medically/physically qualified to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV).

Drug/Alcohol Testing

Drug testing is performed through urine specimen collection and off-site laboratory analysis. Breath alcohol testing is done on-site. We offer both DOT and Non-DOT testing for any applicable scenario. Pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, return to duty or post-accident. We have a test for every need or scenario. We also offer random drug testing required by the FMCSA.

We have served the town of Las Vegas and surrounding areas for over 10 years. Dr. Palmer graduated from University of Western States with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic and a Master’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science. We accept patient’s of all ages, gender, race and health. If traditional chiropractic care is contraindicated we are happy to work with you to find a conservative approach to improving your symptoms, function or overall health.

What insurance do you accept?

We currently are unable to accept Medicaid and Military (VA) insurance, but we are in network with almost every other insurance.

What does it cost?

Initial visit $90, Follow-up $45, CDL $90, Drug Test $50, Breath Alcohol Test $40. Off-site drug/alcohol testing Call for quote.

Do I need a referral?

No, you can make an appointment of your own accord.

Do I need x-rays?

No, we don’t require any imaging before treatment in most cases. Rarely we encounter a situation where x-rays are recommended due to suspicion of fracture or dislocation and we can order these if necessary.

I hurt my knee, can you help?

Absolutely, in many cases a knee or other extremity injury may include tissue damage and we can’t heal the tissue, but through careful examination we can make an accurate diagnosis and assist you with how to protect, rehab and assist the healing process.

I was injured in a motor vehicle collision or at work, now what?
